These Terms of Use apply to your access and use of the public website at www.ethyx.com (the "Site") operated by Azurum Pty Ltd, trading as ethyx ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Separate written agreements govern access to the ethyx client platform, surveys, and paid services. Where those agreements apply, they prevail over these Terms of Use.
